POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly experienced coffee industry professional with a proven track record in operations and franchise management.

Demonstrated ability to expand businesses in the coffee chain sector. A genuine passion for coffee culture and products. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and results-driven mindset.


KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our coffee business within the American market, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Identify potential market opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to enhance our market presence.
  • Streamline and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity.
  • Oversee supply chain management, inventory control, and procurement, ensuring a seamless flow of coffee products from sourcing to distribution.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and create development plans to nurture talent within the organization.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends, consumer preferences, and market dynamics within the coffee industry, especially in the American market.
  • Utilize market insights to drive product development, marketing strategies, and business decisions.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the coffee business segment, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement corrective measures as needed to achieve financial targets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the coffee industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of the American coffee market.
  • Proven track record in expanding business operations and driving growth within the coffee industry.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively lead and manage a diverse team.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, coupled with financial acumen.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable due to our business operations and target market.

Pay:
$100, $120,000.00 per year
