    This is a hybrid role with onsite expectations 3x per week.

    Manager Notes
    • Years of experience/education and/or certifications required: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Information Services, or Computer Science preferred. Min of 10 Plus years as IT PM.
    • What are the top 3-5 skills requirements should this person have? Demonstrated competencies in IT Project Management, Ideally has experience in application rationalization, transitioning multiple tools into a single integrated solution, Ideally has experience in Procurement technology including Contract Management tools, Self Starter, Influencer, Collaborative and able to handle multiple initiatives and complex initiatives simultaneously; Detailed and deadline focused
    • Strong Project Manager - that has led large IT initiatives will most likely be qualified for this position.
    • Specific background around business lines: Procurement/Procurement technology, would be helpful.
    Description
    • Manages/directs the activities associated with small to large scale projects with a focus on any or several IT business applications and disciplines.
    • Manage/direct all facets of single or multiple, multidimensional, mission-critical projects through the Full Project Life Cycle.
    • Collaborate/work with project sponsors, business units and users to identify project scope and focus, develop or monitor project initiatives, implement project requirements/plans/processes/tools, assign/guide/monitor project staff, and assure project success.
    • Deliver quality project solutions to business problems or issues within defined budgets and/or timelines.
    • Provide expert project guidance/support proactively through project completion.
    • Provide business application consultation, problem tracking/management, project tracking and reporting, and presentation to management and users.
