Your qualifications

You have completed training as a social insurance specialist or have a comparable qualification (e.g. administrative assistant, office manager).
Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in customer service.
You demonstrate resilience in challenging situations and successfully complete tasks.
You communicate in a trustworthy, confident, and empathetic manner.
You consciously, actively, and positively manage relationships.
You handle conflict situations towards a solution that is acceptable for all parties involved.
