    We are looking for a skilled accounts payable specialist to be responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient, and in a timely manner.

    Duties Include:

    Review, maintain, and monitor accounts payable.

    Manage day-to-day accounts payable functions

    Resolve vendor-payable problems in a timely manner, while applying professional service to maintain and improve vendor relations.

    Monitor and track all purchase orders to ensure timely payment and reconcile accounts with vendors regularly.

    Requirements:

    3+ years of A/P experience

    Associate's Degree in Accounting or business related preferred

    Must be highly detailed and deadline oriented

    Proficient with Excel functions
