- Lead cross-functional teams to develop solutions for field and warranty issues.
- Collaborate with product support teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.
- Work with Quality Improvement teams to contain field quality issues in production.
- Determine testing requirements for cost reduction projects and lead the QIT team in developing such projects.
- Assist with custom designs and provide engineering support to other departments.
- Produce test reports and communicate data, conclusions, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
- 3+ years of experience in a Mechanical engineering role.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, 3D design, MS Office, and advanced spreadsheet usage.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to sudden changes in project priorities.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Capacity to troubleshoot, document, and resolve issues on the shop floor.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and bills of material.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
