- Assist with the coordination and scheduling of interviews with candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
- Research, identify, and compile a list of career and internship fairs/events for the company to participate in.
- Assist with registration and preparation of upcoming recruitment events and fairs.
- Screen and review incoming applications and resumes for candidate suitability based on job requirements.
- Post new job opportunities on various career sites and job boards in a timely and accurate manner.
- Assist with sourcing candidates for various positions through multiple channels.
- Provide administrative support for various HR initiatives as required.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment strategies and intern program.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
- You are currently in the junior or senior year of college, working towards a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field of study.
- Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources and/or Recruitment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive HR and company information required.
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn with a professional demeanor.
- Prior experience in an office or HR setting is a plus, but not required.
