Description

We provide assisted living services for seniors and adults with disabilities.

Duties include developing a current plan of care, assessments, providing medical care and treatment, medication management and coordination with medical providers, case managers, and family.

Duties also include staff training, supervision and delegation to unlicensed staff. .

Applicant must possess a current RN License with experience in assisted living, home care or long term care experience is preferred.
