- Provide supervision and coordination of care on assigned shift, so that standards of care are maintained. Participate as an active member of the multi-disciplinary team.
- Develop a therapeutic relationship with clients and provide accurate, current client concerns, cares, and/or other pertinent information to the team.

Community Addiction Recovery Enterprise (CARE) program in Willmar has a rewarding career opportunity for talented nurses to help people who struggle with chemical use and addiction reclaim their lives. DHS operates a highly specialized behavioral health care system that serves people with mental illness, substance abuse disorders, and developmental and intellectual disabilities.
