- Full-time position working 60 hours every two weeks
- 12-hour rotating day/night shifts
- 3 out of 4 weekends per 4-week schedule
- Holidays that fall on weekend rotation
- Additional 15% hourly rate for working 3 out of 4 weekends
- $3,500 sign-on bonus
- $5,000 relocation assistance
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program - associate degree or higher
- Current Minnesota RN license
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within twelve months of hire
- TNCC or CALS within twelve months of initiating ED orientation
- Electronic Fetal Monitoring within twelve months of initiating OB orientation

Registered Nurses must continually strive to provide the highest quality of care possible for the patients. They must also lead the nursing team toward the achievement of the goals of the mission of the CentraCare Health - Paynesville's high-quality care and overall efficiency are essential components to this success.

Qualifications:
To be eligible for the relocation assistance, you must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last nine months. You must currently reside more than 50 miles from the Paynesville Hospital and must move within 30 miles of it within 120 days of employment.
