    **Culligan of Jefferson City** is currently seeking a **Part-Time Customer Service Representative** to join our office support team. We have a dynamic team and we are looking for another member who will represent our brand and create lifetime customers.

    This is the perfect career for someone who has worked in a customer focused, administrative role in the service industry. The right person will be have the ability to answer multi-line phones, successful in handling customer issues, and experience communicating with field staff in a service oriented industry. **If you have customer service experience and you pride yourself on being solution focused and customer service oriented, this is the career for you This position will work 20-25 hours per week, and starts at $12-$14 per hour**

    **Responsibilities:**

    Answer incoming calls from our very important customers

    Resolve any product or service related issues; follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction

    Schedule deliveries, dispatch service technicians and/or route representatives to customer locations

    Prepare sales commissions and payroll for final processing at our corporate office (must be proficient in Excel)

    Take payments and maintain customer records by updating account information

    Handle collection calls and maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments when necessary

    Prepare and maintain compliance and regulatory reporting (sales reports, month end reporting, etc.)

    **Qualifications:**

    Customer service and multi-line telephone experience preferred

    Must be proficient in Microsoft Office

    Account collections experience preferred

    Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast paced fun environment

    Strong work ethic (honesty and integrity are key for this position and to our organization)

    Excellent communication skills including helpfulness and patience in dealing with fellow employees and external customers and vendors

    Exceptional problem solving skills

    Ability to work independently

    Candidates are subject to pre-employment testing up to and including drug/alcohol screening, background check, motor vehicle record check, and D.O.T. physical, as applicable.
