    Description

    Marks Group Wealth Management is a Minnetonka-based Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm that collaborates with individuals, families, and business owners to simplify the intricacies of managing and planning for their financial needs. The company's client-centric approach, culture of collaboration, and sense of responsibility to each other have been key factors in growing our assets under management (AUM) to 1.8 billion over the past 16 years. We are looking for a Client Service Associate interested in a valuable career opportunity with a top RIA firm that provides the potential for future equity ownership, outstanding benefits, and a team of exceptional colleagues.

    Members of our Client Service team work together daily to address client inquiries, arrange client meetings, and manage client accounts. Some of the responsibilities include:

    • Supporting the Wealth Management team
    • Organizing and assisting in the preparation of bi-annual client meetings
    • Completing post-meeting tasks like scheduling asset transfers, collecting paperwork, and obtaining requested documents
    • Addressing client inquiries
    • Maintaining, revising, and organizing client information and Salesforce records
    • Handling incoming calls
    • Offering additional administrative support to the wealth management team as required

    Marks Group Wealth Management provides regular working hours from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM on Monday to Thursday and from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM on Fridays.
