    Description

    Position: BI Developer

    The information below covers the role requirements, expected candidate experience, and accompanying qualifications.

    Hours: 8-5pm EST

    Location: Remote - EST time zone

    Local healthcare client in Atlanta, GA is looking to bring on a developer to the team to assist with day-to-day analysis and project/data development. They are seeking a high performer with the ability to hit the ground running and maintain a team mentality.

    Requirement:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in the following:
    • Strong SQL experience
    • Strong Power BI experience
    • Enterprise Database Reporting
    • Analytical Thinker
    • Business facing skillsets
    • Report optimization
    • Metric Insights experience is a plus
    • Must be a team player

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensures all projects and data developed is value-adding and provides actionable insights.
    • Design and create data models that organize and structure data for optimal querying and analysis, including data warehouses, data marts, and dimensional models.
    • Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that present data in a meaningful and actionable way using Power BI.
    • Ability to understand a business problem and work through various legacy systems.
    • Takes initiative in seeking out new tasks and supporting the team.
    • Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with internal business members
