    TruStile, a Marvin Brand, is revolutionizing interior design by providing high-quality, customized architectural doors for upscale residential and commercial markets. Beyond crafting exquisite doors, we are dedicated to creating an exceptional workplace environment. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to become part of our dynamic team based in Denver, CO.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as a valuable resource for employees by addressing basic inquiries and requests related to company policies, procedures, technology platforms, and programs.
    • Maintain electronic employee files and records in compliance with local regulations and organizational guidelines.
    • Support various projects including new hire orientation, benefits enrollment, cultural activities, wellness events, and performance evaluations.
    • Utilize HRIS for generating and distributing reports, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
    • Coordinate and participate in company events, initiatives, and celebrations to foster a positive work environment.
    • Ensure compliance with labor law postings and handle employee identification badge issuance.
    • Assist in responding to unemployment claims and handle confidential information with tact and confidentiality.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Preferably a Bachelor's degree.
    • Prior experience in customer service or administrative support.
    • Strong organizational abilities.
    • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and respect for confidentiality.
    • Ability to work on-site five days a week with punctuality and regular attendance.
    • Capable of collaborating effectively in a team or independently.

    Pay Range: $24.50 to $28.50 per hour
