Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Maintain confidential employee files in accordance with company recordkeeping guidelines.
  • Data entry into HRIS. Responsible for data integrity.
  • Assist with FMLA/Leave Management process. Coordinate with attendance recordkeeping.
  • Assist recruitment process with applicant flow and tracking.
  • Participate in New Hiring Onboarding process, includes welcome letters, employee badges, documents, welcome gifts, drug tests, etc.
  • Provide employee assistance with general inquiries. Direct employees to appropriate resources as needed.
  • Administer and track employee badges and security access.
  • Distribute and draft employee communications, both electronic and paper postings. Record employee events with photos and promotions.
  • Participate and help plan Employee Morales activities, i.e., lunches, communications.
  • Track various employee programs as needed.
  • Complete unemployment forms along with other information requests, including I9 verifications.
  • Participate in employee morale projects, including employee events, service awards and communication processes.
  • Coordinate with payroll activities as needed.
  • Coordinate and lead certain employee recognition activities, such as birthday cards and service award distribution.
  • Assist HR Manager with special projects and assignments as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS_**:
_

  • Bilingual abilities (Spanish/English) required.
  • Previous HR experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Strong organizational skills and project management.
  • Experience with an HRIS and/or ATS system;
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
