- Become an expert in SymphonyAI Summit's product suite and value proposition.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand business within existing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and IT decision-makers.
- Identify customer needs and pain points related to ITSM, and position our solutions effectively to address these challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales engineers and product specialists, to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Drive the sales process from lead generation to closure, including contract negotiations and account management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies.
- Provide regular reports and updates on account performance, sales activities, and market insights to management.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in enterprise sales account management, ideally with a focus on ITSM solutions.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in the IT industry.
- Deep understanding of ITSM concepts, frameworks, and best practices.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
