    Job Summary:
    Analyze asset management system (Cassworks) and develop reports on repair and preventive maintenance activities for oversight and operational management.

    Analyze and update asset information tables in support of work flow management.


    Duties and Responsibilities:
    Update asset tables in support of systems (water & sewer) in Cassworks

    Coordinate synchronization of asset updates between Cassworks, GIS and Unit Sheet systems.

    Run daily Route (Zone Work Assignment) Sheet reports for oversight management.

    Run weekly Work Order Average Man Hours to Complete Reports for oversight management.

    Run daily Service Request/Work Order Status Reports (4) for GIS updates.

    Provide technical support for Water Line Replacement Project.


    Provide technical support to Zone and Technical Support personnel in locating assets on Unit Sheets and in determining updates to assets as directed by Zone and Technical Support management.

    Assist Network support teams (Technical Services, Network Engineering, Legal, Environmental and others) with Crystal Report generated reports as needed.

    Daily Route Sheet Reports on scheduled field activities for Deputy Director.

    Weekly detail reports on average total personnel work hours to complete tasks.


    Update sewer manholes, sewer mains, water mains, water hydrants, and water valves in Cassworks from both new existing historical information and provide GIS and Network Engineering with results for synchronization efforts.

    User support for Network field operations in identifying and locating assets.

    Education and Experience:

    4 year college, Applicable PMP Cert


    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
    Bachelor Science in Computer Information Systems.

    Proficient in use of oral and visual communication methods for user training.

    Proficient in Crystal Reports.

    Proficient in SQL Query.

    Proficient in Oracle (table structures and procedures).

    Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access

    Knowledge and understanding of Networks field procedures and organization

    General knowledge of GIS systems for query and investigative activities

    General knowledge of manual mapping and ability to use an engineering scale for determining distances.


    Work Environment:
    The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate as the employee works in an office setting, at an individual work station, using telephone and computer


    Physical Demands:
    Must be able to remain in a stationary position for most of the day

    Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a printer/copy machine

    This position needs to occasionally move about inside the office

    The person in this position frequently communicates via telephone
