Your responsibilities

Planning and implementation of projects in various fields, such as:
- Fixture and equipment planning for final assembly and CNC production
- Automation of work processes
- Production launch of new vehicle models
- Design of production and logistics-friendly workstations
- In-house restructuring planning
- Factory infrastructure projects (land, buildings, energy)
Creation of project schedules and budget management
Coordination of resources and activities within the project team
Monitoring project progress and identifying risks, issues, and opportunities
Communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
Moderation and management of the in-house idea management system
Creation of reports and presentations
You report to the Head of Project Management
