    Universal Energy Solutions is a leading provider of sustainable energy solutions, and we are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of our valued customers. You will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.

    At Universal Energy Solutions, we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch customer service. As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers and provide them with the support they need. Through your interactions, you will help build strong relationships and ensure their energy needs are met efficiently and effectively.

    Responsibilities
    • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and courteously responding to customer inquiries and concerns.
    • Assist customers with account inquiries, billing issues, and product information.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
    • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records and interactions.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues.
    • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers.
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

    Requirements

    • Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
    • Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism and empathy.
    • Proficiency in using customer service software and MS Office applications.
    • Knowledge of the energy industry is a plus.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
