    Our client is dedicated to serving and employing those who uphold American freedoms and is looking for a Demand Generation Campaign Manager to join their growing team.

    If you are passionate about creative challenges, excel in dynamic settings, and have a knack for organizing chaos, our client wants you on their team. We are seeking a Demand Generation Campaign Manager to enhance our brand recognition, credibility, and growth by constructing a high-performing funnel for our new business lines. As a key player reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead integrated marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies. Your role will involve strategic leadership and collaboration with stakeholders throughout the organization to boost our client's cultural visibility and relevance.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Act as a strategic guardian for the brand. Ensure all campaigns and communications align with the brand's positioning, messaging, voice, and visual style.
    • Lead integrated GTM and campaign strategy. Develop and execute marketing GTMs and campaigns that synergize across marketing channels for optimal results.
    • Oversee demand generation. Proactively seek ways to enhance demand and improve conversion throughout the entire marketing funnel, from brand awareness to e-commerce checkout.
    • Utilize marketing tools effectively. Manage and extract insights from tools such as SEO (SEMRush, Ahrefs), paid search, social media platforms, and Google Analytics to craft and implement strategies.
    • Foster collaboration. Work closely with team members to deploy strategies through email, text, web, e-commerce, and other channels.
    • Manage campaign projects. Organize and control campaign strategies, tactics, timelines, and budgets to keep projects on schedule and within budget, ensuring they deliver measurable business results.
    • Track and adjust. Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance to refine and optimize strategies as necessary.
    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing
    • In-depth knowledge of demand generation, lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion rate optimization strategies
    • Skilled in using marketing automation and CRM tools
    • Strong analytical abilities and project management skills
    • Proven capacity to meet tight deadlines, adapt to priority shifts, and balance immediate tasks with long-term strategic goals
    • Demonstrated success in influencing and managing stakeholders across the organization to align on initiatives and deliver projects on time and within budget
    • Experience in presenting content and its business impact to C-level executives is advantageous
