    THE ROLE The Campaign & Field Marketing Manager I's core function will be to drive pipeline and awareness of Certinia via multi channel campaign execution in the region. This role will support the communication of the marketing plan to the regional sales team whilst aligning with the global marketing strategy. We are looking for a metrics-driven marketer with a focus on generating pipeline working with Certinia Sales teams. This role requires expertise in all areas of marketing with a strong focus on campaign management, field marketing and event coordination; skills critical to this role are strong communication, relationship building and organisational skills. WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
    • Campaign Planning: Create and execute high performing marketing campaigns using a data driven approach to support and align with the regional sales team's priorities. Create campaign briefs and work with internal stakeholder (product marketing, brand & creative, digital and Marketing Operations) to ensure alignment to corporate messaging, brand guidelines and overall business objectives.
    • Campaign Execution; continuously deliver fully integrated campaigns that drive sales results. Taking the broader marketing strategy, regionalise and leverage multiple channels and tactics such as email marketing, direct mail marketing, digital, social media, web, media, PR, virtual and in-person events, and email to deliver opportunities and pipeline to the sales business. Support and execute account-based strategies and programs in partnership with the global team.
    • Event Management: Plan and host online and offline events to create net-new sales opportunities, accelerate existing sales opportunities and deepen our existing customer relationships.
    • Sales Partnership: Participate in sales team calls, in-person meetings, quarterly business reviews and joint planning sessions to ensure alignment with the field and represent marketing regionally.
    • Leverage network: use your connections to support the execution of campaigns and field events.
    • Budget: Plan and manage marketing activities within budgetary guidelines and deadlines in partnership with the International Marketing Strategy and leadership direction.
    • Channel Partnership: Work closely with our partners & channel teams to ensure marketing strategy is aligned to the business needs of our partners as well as internal sales teams.
    WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
    • Ideally 5+ years of marketing experience B2B, in technology, professional services, financial services or business services sector
    • Experience in evolving marketing programs into regional specific content whilst aligning with global messaging
    • Self motivated and able to work independently whilst collaborating with a globally dispersed team
    • Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at the same time
    • Flexibility to manage differing priorities and execute to a high level
    • Excellent communication skills;
    • Metric driven and have the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data
    • Bachelor's degree with equivalent combination of education and experience in Business, Marketing or equivalent;
    WHAT ELSE WOULD BE GREAT
    • Salesforce and Marketo experience is a plus
    • Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Google calendar, docs, sheets, slides) preferred

    Salary Range: $80,960 – $111,320
