Were currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our team in New England covering, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut. Learn more about EBlock, EDealer and our family of brands at The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading a sales team across an assigned geographic location. As a Regional Sales Manager you will often be responsible for setting and adjusting sales goals based on knowledge of assigned region, hiring the right talent, training, and performance management. This role will also collaborate with business leaders across the company to ensure that the need of the market is addressed. The RSM will implement sales strategy within their region and align across EBlock teams. Coach and train Sales Team in dealing with customer concerns and resolving issues to deliver excellent customer experience. Assess market requirements to plan and execute area specific hiring. BSc/BA in Business, Marketing or equivalent education Automotive or similar Industry experience 5 years Sales training experience Auto Auction Industry experience will be an asset Outside Sales experience 3 years Strong Communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint Organizational and leadership ability Ability to develop sales strategies and performance KPIs * Competitive pay (Base & Commission)
