- Recruit and interview potential applicants on experience, skills, and education.
- Update job descriptions/ requirements when needed.
- Analyzes staffing logistics and organizes documentation.
- Contact applicant references and perform background checks required by company.
- Organize, manage and provide new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs.
- Explain and provide information on employee benefits, programs, and education. May also advise on benefit needs or evaluate benefit contract bids.
- Cover all legal compliance for human resource federal and state requirements. Integrate federal and state regulatory the healthcare arena in conjunction with other departments.
- Maintain employee records and paperwork; onboarding/off boarding etc.
- Answer employee questions and addresses employee concerns with company; including employee safety, welfare, wellness and health.
- Manages wellness, training, health and safety, culture, and communications as needed.
- Assist and supports finance with general business office components; payroll, scheduling, invoice tracking related to onboarding/off-boarding paperwork for accuracy etc.
- Develops and delivers HR policy updates, state labor law practices, Updated Company Orientation related to the same, coordinates benefit roll outs, recruits timely and efficiently for timely and effective care delivery, tracks metrics to senior leaders daily, weekly and monthly including assisting finance with reports and contracts.
- As collaborative business partner draws parallels and correlations between the impact of HR/Recruiting and business office functions to help in forecasting to general business operations and overall company strategic goals.
- Proficient knowledge of Excel including visual basics and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping for human resource systems.
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related business degree.
- 3-5 years experiences within healthcare; HR/Recruiting and business office operations including; employment laws, organizational development, payroll, benefits management, contract management, for multi-state operations
- Organized and efficient in daily tasks.
- Exceptional interpersonal, oral and written communications, negotiating and conflict resolution and coaching skills.
- Remains calm under pressure and maintains self-composure/self-control in times of high stress and excels at servant leadership.

Job Description:
Our client is seeking Full Time on site Human Resources Manager with proven success in HR & Recruiting, and business office operations, to partner with Company leadership to perform both administrative HR and strategic hiring duties and planning for our multi-state medical practices.
This position blends a strong knowledge of HR administration. Payroll, recruiting, onboarding, orientation, training and will help guide new employees through benefits and compensation. The HR component represents both the employee and the company, and handles employee relations. This position also has the crucial task of complying with all local, state, and federal regulations for HR. This position also supports general business office operations such as payroll, scheduling, benefits, pre-employment paperwork, equipment deployment tracking related to onboarding/off-boarding etc. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, experienced, and a dedicated strategist and planner.
