    Responsibilities Utilization Review (UR) Coordinator Opportunity


    Position:
    PRN (as needed) This position is on-site and cannot be done remotely.

    For nearly 60 years, Calvary Healing Center has provided a full continuum of care, specializing in addiction treatment for adults across the Phoenix area and Nationwide.

    Calvary's proven treatment programs address the practical, physical, and spiritual aspects of addiction for lasting recovery.

    Our flagship location in Phoenix offers onsite detoxification and residential treatment programs, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), and an intensive outpatient program (IOP).

    We also have a satellite clinic offering Intensive Outpatient Programs in the West Valley region.

    Through our programs we offer many other holistic healing and treatment options complementing our services ranging from yoga, art workshops, and music.

    Qualifications UR Coordinatior as PRN Job Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in social work, mental health, nursing, or related field, preferred. Successful completion of BLS & First Aid Certificaiton within 30 days of hire Successful completion of Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI)


    Certificaiton within 30 days of hire Preferred minimum of two (2) years of direct clinical experience in a psychiatric or behavioral health setting.

    Experience in treatment planning and communication with external review organizatons or comparable entities.
