As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Logistics Coordinator.Full-time and/or contract labor opportunity available.
What We're Looking For:
We are currently hiring a full-time Logistics Coordinator.
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will analyze and execute the most cost effective and timely domestic and export product shipment transportation modes.
Schedule, monitor and ensure timely deliveries and mitigate any delays.Coordinate communications with and between shipping and packaging warehouses, customer service, and customer/brokers to fulfill terms of sale and facilitate TCF bulk and finished goods product flows as required.
Coordinate, monitor and reconcile outside warehouse inventories to ensure all billings are complete and accurate. Voucher all freight and warehouse storage invoices, domestic and export transportation billing. Coordinate with all transportation vendors to ensure billings are correct and accurate.
Analyze current and planned transportation methodologies for continuous improvement opportunities and coordinate implementation with all affected TCF organizations and outside agencies.
Knowledge, Skill and Experience Required:
Five years of experience in transportation/distribution and warehouse inventory management.
Demonstrated communication skills, with ability to interface and negotiate positive outcomes between multiple interests.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Word and Excel, and Intranet). Ability to understand and navigate TCF systems and reports (Infor).
Required Education:
Bachelors or Associates degree preferred.

Essential Physical Abilities:
Ability to use standard functions of office equipment (PC, printer, scanner, copier, smart phone, etc.).
Ability to handle paper files and reports, weighing up to 20 pounds.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Domestic and overseas shipping orders.
Administer domestic trucking via outside carriers and TCF owned trucks.
Schedule drayage of export shipments.
Create transfer orders, load and ship sales, and transfer orders for TCF and outside warehouses.
Monitor EDI receipts and receive transfer loads into outside warehouse inventories.
Process all domestic and export freight, outside warehouse storage, and handling invoices as required.
Monitor outside warehouse shortages, damages and other discrepancies. Coordinate payment as required.
Provide documentation for team members, customers, and brokers when necessary.
