YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Promotesour core values:

Ensurecarrier rates and information are maintained in Transplace
Responsiblefor rating LTL, truckload and tank truck orders
Approvecarrier invoices
Arrangetruckload and LTL carriers for inbound, outbound and 3rd party shipments
Packageand create shipping documents for sample requests
VerifyCOA's on inbound deliveries
MaintainBrenntag fleet license plates, cab cards and IFTA credentials
Responsiblefor Container inventory management
Crosstrains and backfills for other Logistics Coordinators

YOUR PROFILE

Education and Experience:
5+ years in logistics
Experiencewith all modes of transportation (marine, rail, and trucking)
Provensupplier management experience
Secondlanguage proficiency a plus
Capableof developing and maintaining effective working relationships with teammembers and other departments within the organization
Abilityto prioritize work to meet time-sensitive deadlines both as an individualand as a manager
Understandingof, and the ability to work within, organizational reporting structures –Direct, Functional and Matrix
Solidunderstanding of transportation and warehousing processes
Exceptionaloral and written communication skills
Abilityto comprehend and enforce company policy, corporate directives andinfrastructures
Excellentproblem-solving skills with acute attention to detail
Comfortablewith working in teams and individually
