YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • In your role as Operative Purchaser (m/f/d), you are responsible for the holistic execution of orders for an assigned product group in the technical field, playing an important role in the procurement process
  • You review the available request documents for completeness and then obtain quotes, where you check delivery times, prices, and quality, and trigger the ordering process according to priority
  • In close coordination with internal interfaces such as Supply Chain Management, Development, and Quality Assurance, you independently communicate with suppliers, coordinate delivery dates, and ensure timely and demandoriented availability of materials
  • Your responsibilities as Operative Purchaser (m/f/d) also include entering order data into the system and monitoring ongoing processes until payment is initiated

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
