Looking for someone to help supervise a group of employees and ensure the day to day of the warehouse operations.

Perfect for someone who has supervising experience in a warehouse environment or lead experience.

Shift Monday through Friday 4PM -12:30 AM ( NEEDS TO BE OPEN TO OVERTIME )

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shift (About 1525 employees)
Ensure that all team members are performing their duties effectively and efficiently
Provide guidance and support to team members as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Learn the company operations duties
Assist with training new team members
Collaborate with other shift leaders and management to ensure smooth operation.

Proven experience in team management and leadership
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
