    Job Title:
    Warehouse Lead (2nd SHIFT)


    Overview:
    The Warehouse Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities.

    They are responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of warehouse personnel, ensuring efficient workflow, accurate inventory management, and adherence to safety protocols.

    The Warehouse Lead serves as a liaison between management and warehouse staff, facilitating communication and problem-solving to optimize productivity and customer satisfaction.


    Responsibilities:
    Ability to manage and lead a team of 10 or less.
    Experience with RF scanner Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams
    Must be able to operate Forklift (slip sheet and Clamp) with 2-3 years of experience.

    Supervision and Leadership:


    • Provide leadership and direction to warehouse personnel, including training, coaching, and performance management.
    • Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring workload distribution and balanced work assignments.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.

    Inventory Management:


    • Oversee inventory control processes, including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of products.
    • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks to maintain accurate inventory records.
    • Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.

    Operational Efficiency:


    • Develop and implement efficient warehouse procedures and workflows to optimize productivity and minimize errors.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
    • Identify opportunities for process automation or technology integration to streamline operations.

    Quality Control and Compliance:

    • Enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
    • Conduct regular inspections of equipment, facilities, and procedures to ensure adherence to quality standards.
    • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address any quality issues or customer complaints promptly.

    Communication and Coordination:

    • Serve as a liaison between warehouse staff, management, and other departments, facilitating effective communication and problemsolving.
    • Coordinate with shipping carriers, suppliers, and other external partners to ensure smooth logistics operations.
    • Communicate operational updates, performance metrics, and best practices to the team and management.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in warehouse operations, with at least [2 years] in a leadership or supervisory role.
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
    • Proficiency in inventory management software and warehouse management systems (WMS).
    • Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
    • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
    • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
