    VOSA Spirits, LLC (VOSA) is a innovative and rapidly growing spirits company specializing in ready-to-drink (RTD) beverages. We pride ourselves on crafting high-quality, innovative, and flavorful spirits-based products that cater to a diverse range of consumers. As we look to expand into the Texas Market we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Texas State Manager to join the team and play a pivotal role in making the VOSA brand one of the leading Spirit-RTD brands in Texas.

    Job Overview:

    The Texas State Manager for VOSA will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to establish and grow our brand's presence in the Texas market. This role will require a strong leader who can build and manage a high-performing sales team, foster key relationships, and drive revenue growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement a sales strategy that includes distribution, pricing, and promotion plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.
    • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives to effectively execute the sales strategy, set performance goals, and provide coaching and mentorship.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and on-premise accounts, ensuring our products have excellent visibility and positioning in the market.
    • Market Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive activity to make data-driven decisions and adapt the sales and marketing strategy accordingly.
    • Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget for Texas, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective strategies.
    • Brand Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute brand promotion and marketing campaigns, including events, tastings, and other initiatives to raise brand awareness and drive sales.
    • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities, promotions, and marketing efforts comply with federal and state regulations governing the alcoholic beverage industry.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, or equivalent experience preferred.
    • Proven experience in sales and sales management within the alcoholic beverage industry, with a focus on spirits and RTD products.
    • Proven Experience working on the supplier side of the business with a major Distributor.
    • Strong knowledge of the Texas beverage market and existing relationships with key industry stakeholders.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market research.
    • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
    • A deep passion for spirits, RTD's and a strong commitment to promoting responsible consumption.
    • Ability to travel as necessary throughout territory.
    • Reliable transportation with ample space to transport product & display tools from time to time is ideal
