With a minimum of 10 years of experience and multiple successful implementations, your expertise will guide project success.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams, motivating and empowering team members to excel in their roles. Foster a collaborative work environment, promote effective communication, and facilitate productive interactions among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with state and local government clients. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of a minimum of 10 years of experience in integrated eligibility projects, with 2-3 successful implementations.
- Strong project management skills, including scope definition, milestone setting, resource allocation, and risk management.
- In-depth knowledge of integrated eligibility systems, architecture, and integration points.
