- Assign tasks to internal and external teams using Salesforce.
- Monitor and update tasks for your team and provide updates on upcoming tasks.
- Alert your team about new task assignments.
- Participate in project calls and provide relevant updates.
- Assist the construction manager in the field with newly acquired information.
- Collect updates from the construction manager and update tasks in Salesforce.
- Generate reports on project milestones, risks, and issues.
- Support Specialists and leadership with project coordination.
- Communicate with all involved teams to drive project progress.
- Manage a large number of projects using an Excel tracker.
- Handle data within proprietary software.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Project management skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Excel and Outlook is required.
- Strong cross-functional team coordination skills.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-starter capable of working independently after proper training.
- Ability to learn and navigate proprietary software.

Role Description:
SRI Telecom is in search of an OSP Construction Coordinator with relevant project coordination experience to contribute to various cross-functional project teams. The ideal candidate will have robust project management skills and coordinate all aspects, from design to permitting to build, for OSP projects with a focus on Comcast.
