Qualifications:


Basic Requirements:


Degree:
behavioral or social science; or related disciplines appropriate to the position.

OR

Combination of education and experience that provided the applicant with knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field.

OR

Four years of appropriate experience that demonstrated that the applicant has acquired knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field.

ZP-IV:


In addition to the basic requirements:Applicants must have one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 level (ZP-III at NIST). Specialized experience is defined as experience in a policy-related role for a multidisciplinary organization, including program analysis and assessments; strong skills in generating written and oral policy content, including integration of best practices from the social sciences and/or psychology; experience aligning organizational policy efforts with stakeholder policy offices; experience relating organizational policy efforts with internal programs
