    Leader Operations CoordinatorJob Description The Operations Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Warehouse Management Team in daily operations to achieve optimal operating efficiency.

    Functions Scheduling inbound/outbound shipments with carriers and preparing documentationIssue and check loading tickets to drivers upon arrivalDispatching drivers to proper loading locations and notifying Supervisor of arrivalYard arrival of containersPreparation of inbound container paperwork and receiving labels (if necessary)Preparation of inbound transactions ready for committal at Customer Service CentralSubmittal of inbound/outbound documentation to Customer Service CentralAssist in inventory control, problem solving and general Operations supportFielding calls and emails professionallyMaintain a neat and orderly workspaceRequirements 1-3 years industry experience preferredOperations background preferredProficient in Microsoft Office ProgramsWMS/Dispatch experience a plusAttention to detailFlexible hoursThe Terminal Corporation is an EEO employer - M/F/Vets/Disabled
