    Leader Operations Coordinator

    Job Description

    The Operations Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Warehouse Management Team in daily operations to achieve optimal operating efficiency.

    Functions

    • Scheduling inbound/outbound shipments with carriers and preparing documentation
    • Issue and check loading tickets to drivers upon arrival
    • Dispatching drivers to proper loading locations and notifying Supervisor of arrival
    • Yard arrival of containers
    • Preparation of inbound container paperwork and receiving labels (if necessary)
    • Preparation of inbound transactions ready for committal at Customer Service Central
    • Submittal of inbound/outbound documentation to Customer Service Central
    • Assist in inventory control, problem solving and general Operations support
    • Fielding calls and emails professionally
    • Maintain a neat and orderly workspace
    Requirements
    • 1-3 years industry experience preferred
    • Operations background preferred
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
    • WMS/Dispatch experience a plus
    • Attention to detail
    • Flexible hours
