Responsibilities:

Managing projects in the areas of structural water engineering, flood protection, and potentially hydropower
Conducting studies, developing concepts, planning, and designing projects in all phases of the HOAI
Preparing and conducting procurement procedures for supply, construction, and installation services, potentially taking on construction supervision
Responsible project management, providing technical guidance to project teams, and ensuring compliance with quality standards
Assisting in acquiring new projects, preparing proposals, and participating in presentations

Qualifications:

Completed degree in civil engineering with a focus on water engineering or water management, or a comparable qualification with several years of practical experience
Relevant professional experience in the aforementioned areas of responsibility and indepth knowledge of planning, construction management, and tendering and executing water and civil engineering projects
Indepth knowledge of construction, procurement, and fee law (VOB, HOAI)
Proficient in using office applications (e.g. Microsoft
