We are seeking a Technical Purchaser (m/f/d) with a focus on Global Sourcing to support our consulting projects with our industrial clients.

You should be hands-on, entrepreneurial, and contribute to the success of Kloepfel Group with passion and ambition.

Responsibilities

What will you be doing?

  • Coordinate purchasing data with the customer for the tender process
  • Classify part families (product families) based on drawings and bills of materials
  • Research, identify, and qualify new suppliers according to customer requirements and/or drawings
  • Create tender files with the necessary criteria for inquiries
  • Track and evaluate offers
  • Active communication with international suppliers
  • Contribute to the further development of our sourcing processes and the updating and expansion of our supplier database
  • Evaluation/recruitment/integration of potential suppliers
Qualifications

What should you bring?

  • Successfully completed technical training (e.g. industrial mechanic, machinist, mechatronics technician, product designer for mechanical engineering, mechanical engineering technician, industrial electrician, electromechanic, automation technician, industrial engineering, machinery and drive technology, or a comparable practical training)
