    Overview


    Role: Guest Service Agent

    Welcome guests with a smile and provide excellent service following hotel standards.

    Opportunities for Advancement

    Potential growth to Front Desk Supervisor or Sales Coordinator, then to Front Office Manager or Sales Manager roles.

    Responsibilities

    • Welcome and assist guests promptly.
    • Check-in guests and assign rooms.
    • Handle payments and credit verification.
    • Manage reservations efficiently.
    • Process bills, payments, and provide change.
    • Communicate via phone or PMS system.
    • Address guest requests promptly.
    • Resolve guest issues, escalating to supervisor if needed.
    • Secure guests' belongings.
    • Conduct bookkeeping tasks and audits.
    • Focus on enhancing guest satisfaction.
    • Adhere to sustainability guidelines and safety standards.
    • Support in breakfast area and luggage assistance.
    • Ensure overall guest happiness.
    • Perform additional tasks assigned by management.

    Requirements

    • High School diploma or equivalent.
    • Prior customer service experience or training.
    • Familiarity with PMS systems is a plus.

    Working Environment

    • Flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
    • Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting, bending, and reaching.
