- Warmly greet all customers upon arrival at the lot.
- Inquire about their SIXT experience, noting feedback to enhance future rentals.
- Ensure customers retrieve all personal items from the vehicle.
- Discreetly inspect incoming vehicles for damages and guide customers to the counter for damage/loss reporting.
- Use appropriate procedures to assess if the vehicle is returned with a full tank of gas.
- Explain and review rental costs, presenting an accurate receipt to the customer.
- Provide details on transportation to the airport terminal if needed.
- Generate a service alert for any mechanical or body damages reported by customers.
- Tag and identify vehicles flagged for grounding or preventative maintenance, ensuring their proper relocation.
- Maintain lot organization for smooth access and traffic flow.
- Responsible for vacuuming and preparing cars, ferrying vehicles to and from car washes and dealerships for servicing, transporting cars to and from offices, checking fluid levels, and changing tires.
- Hand wash, brush, or operate washing equipment to clean vehicle exteriors.
- Hand polish, dry, and clean vehicle windshields, windows, lights, mats, and external body parts.
- Vacuum, shampoo, add air fresheners, and clean vehicle interiors (may involve stain removal).
- Determine and refill windshield fluid, gas, oil, water, and antifreeze as necessary.
- Conduct basic maintenance inspections covering antennas, under the hood, inside and outside the vehicle, as well as the trunk.
- Confirm proper attachment of relevant stickers to the vehicle (registration, plates, etc.).
- May assist in local car deliveries.
- Capable of working 40 hours weekly, including daytime and/or evening shifts.
- Effective verbal communication skills essential for interactions with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Possess driving experience with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to adhere to company uniform policies.
- Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit to enter and exit vehicles.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Proficiency in other languages is advantageous.

The Customer Vehicle Service Agent (CVSA) will provide top-notch customer service to clients from various parts of the globe. The main tasks include offering accurate information to customers, documenting damages, gas levels, and other relevant details promptly.
