- Build and manage the overall CRM strategy for the Todd Snyder brand, including the implementation of leading technologies and processes for email, SMS, loyalty, catalog, and other marketing initiatives.
- Lead a CRM communication strategy, sequencing, and orchestration to improve activation and retention rates, ultimately improving LTV for both digital and retailbased audiences.
- Develop a deep understanding of the customer's journey and implement omnichannel journeys to better activate and retain our target audience across email, SMS and paid retention channels.
- Create and drive KPIs for CRM channels as part of a larger, customercentric marketing and business plan; establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of CRM and client specific initiatives. Continuously optimize strategies based on data insights.
- Collaborate with larger marketing team & entire organization on CRM marketing initiatives. Develop strong interdepartmental/crossfunctional relationships across the team to align on consistent strategy and client experience aligned with business and brand goals.
- Define, analyze, monitor and drive success at the program, campaign, cohort and segment levels, track effectiveness and clearly articulate optimizations
- Drive end to end process efficiency across crossfunctional marketing efforts briefing, planning, execution, hind sighting
- Own and drive all CRM reporting and analyses. Share out performance and learnings on a regular basis with marketing team and cross functional partners.
- Manage relationships with external vendors that support various aspects of the database marketing and direct marketing processes
- Track competitive programs and marketplace trends and keep abreast of CRM best practices
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- 8+ years experience in marketing/advertising
- 5+ years experience with CRM for a multichannel brand
- Knowledge of Direct Marketing best practices, and design and operations of large customer databases
- High proficiency with campaign management tools such as TCRM, UNICA, or SAS.
- Proficiency with use of relevant reporting tools i.e. Cognos, Looker, Periscope, etc.
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problemsolving, presentation, & planning skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
- Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and deadlineoriented environment
- Selfmotivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting
