- Lead the day-to-day setup and execution of Marketing and CRM campaigns across various channels (email, SMS, Push) for B2C and B2B communications.
- Take charge of creating, testing, diagnosing issues, and launching marketing, trigger, and lifecycle campaigns using our platform.
- Manage and maintain B2C and B2B Marketing and CRM campaign schedules while overseeing the entire process.
- Collaborate with MarTech teams to identify necessary data points and events for new trigger and lifecycle flows, integrating them into our ESP for enhanced customer journeys.
- Customize emails/SMS/Push notifications by setting up dynamic fields to cater to specific customer segments.
- Develop and implement A/B and multivariate testing strategies to refine campaign templates and communication tactics, driving better engagement, conversion, and retention rates.
- Monitor key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, CVR, CLV, and list growth, leveraging insights to optimize marketing and lifecycle campaigns continuously.
- Analyze data, generate weekly reports, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to various teams and senior leadership.
- Foster collaboration among marketing, product, BI, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and introduce innovative approaches to enhance the customer lifecycle experience, maintaining competitiveness.
- Possess 3-6 years of CRM and Lifecyle experience.
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills, effectively conveying strategies and insights to executive teams and throughout the organization.
- Showcase a proven track record in devising and implementing end-to-end lifecycle strategies that enhance customer lifetime value.
- Excel in fast-paced environments, adept at task prioritization and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Exhibit a strong grasp of email marketing best practices, encompassing creative development, targeting strategies, and comprehensive execution.
- Comfortably handle data analysis, with a deep understanding of email KPIs, metrics, and reporting, translating data into actionable insights.
- Employ strong analytical skills to create personalized customer experiences tailored to each lifecycle stage.
- Utilize Visual Editors/WYSIWYG editors proficiently for building email templates and campaigns.
- Possess light to intermediate knowledge of HTML & CSS and intermediate to advanced familiarity with Liquid.
- Have experience in constructing dynamic modules within email content.
- Display meticulous attention to detail and organizational prowess.
- Exhibit experience in deploying email marketing campaigns to large customer groups via ESPs (familiarity with BlueShift is a bonus).
- Have experience with SMS and mobile notifications.
- Possess SQL experience, which is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Project Management tools (e.g., Monday) and design tools (e.g., Figma, Photoshop) is beneficial.
