Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts at K4Connect.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for technology and a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns.
As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and brand, drive customer acquisition and retention, and support business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning - Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Market Positioning - Drive brand awareness and market positioning through integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
Collaboration - Work closely with sales, client success, and product management to collaborate cross-functionally and align marketing initiatives with business goals and product launches.
Social Responsibility - Represent K4Connect at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to market products.
Stay Connected - Continue knowledge of industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Experience in the technology industry, preferably in the software, healthcare or senior living sector, is a plus.
Experience working with a startup is a plus.
