    Job Description:


    The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing plans that drive engagement, advocacy, and demand for Caterpillar's building construction products and services.


    Responsibilities:


    Collaborates cross-functionally and develops comprehensive brand positionings, messaging, creative and program executions that prioritize customer acquisition, retention, and growth, putting the customer at the center of all communication touchpoints.

    Develops and leads a global team of 40+ employees; and fosters a

    high-performance/highly

    engaged culture.
    Leverages continuous analysis of the marketplace and customer trends; provides insight, recommendations, and strategies based on insight.

    Creates and manages the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation; and continuously optimizes marketing efforts to drive improved business results.

    Prepares periodic business reviews and market assessments to influence decision making, track results, and improve business performance.
    Manages a global marketing budget of $10M+.
    Leverages digital marketing to drive awareness and lead generation.
