- Identify and connect to maintain a full pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Lead with insights and engage prospects in business conversations.
- Uncover desired business results for each prospect and client.
- Present best solutions based on desired business results.
- Discuss expectations and measurements and ensure the proposed solution will deliver ROI.
- Create proposals to be presented to Sales leaders as well as existing and potential clients.
- Consult clients on all CMG solutions, offerings and demonstrate a deep understanding of product capabilities measurement, attribution and KPIs.
- Accountable for learning and selling fully integrated advertising solutions utilizing our full suite of audio and digital products.
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding all sales goals as they are outlined by the ISM
- Increase revenue through a balance of new business development and upselling of current clients.

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCompensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $28, $42, The salary rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience. In addition to the salary range identified herein, this role is also eligible for an annual incentive/commission target of $42, $63,000.00.

The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
