    Senior Marketing Manager - Mission, United States - PlanITROI

    Since 2001, PlanITROI has been providing global Reverse Logistics, IT Asset Disposition (ITAD), and Asset Recovery Services (ARS) for OEMs, retailers, Enterprises, Education, and SMB organizations, committed to preserving the highest levels of environmental responsibility and data security while changing lives with their retired computing devices.

    PlanITROI leverages the circular economy to do social good, by turning clients' old returned, retired, or idle IT devices (laptops, PCs, smartphones, tablets, etc.) into recertified, affordable technology solutions sold directly and through the largest retailers in the world
    PlanITROI seeks an experienced Sr. Marketing Manager, who can be our lead storyteller in sharing PlanITROI's mission through content. The successful candidate must have experience working with a network of freelancers, and agencies. You must be passionate about marketing a purpose-driven impactful business selling IT services and programs.

    A successful candidate must have a high drive to achieve goals with demonstrated marketing experience that has produced significant results over a sustained time.

    This role is remote on EST/CST only.

    Mission:


    Execute PlanITROI's marketing strategy that will lead to EBITDA growth from $10MM to $25MM+ and impact 5,000,000 digitally underserved people by 2026.


    Primary Responsibilities:
    Act as a lead storyteller, creating PlanITROI's unique story through content, design, video, graphics, images, etc. that convey PlanITROI's mission and enhance reputation in the market.
    Execute the marketing strategy, branding, and budget for all divisions: PlanITROI, Digital Dreams Project, Tech Trade Up, , , and
    Manage and work with freelancers and agencies.
    Lead the execution of marketing campaigns, including test and control group segmentation, testing, tracking, results reporting, analyses, and recommendations.
    Execute the inbound and

    outbound Marketing

    utilizing our

    marketing playbook
    Create email and LinkedIn campaigns to increase inbound leads.
    Conduct meetings regularly with Sales Leaders to review the pipeline, resolve challenges, brainstorm practical solutions, and provide training to ensure the team is consistently performing above standard
    Build relationships within our industry associations: RLA, IAITAM, Gartner, etc.

    Create email, voice, SMS, and LinkedIn outreach content that matches our prospective targets' mission and vision, CSR, circular economy, sustainability, diversity & inclusion to align with PlanITROI's mission.

    Produce attention-grabbing educational content for websites, social media, drip campaigns, etc.
    Manage Salesforce, Pardot, and other marketing technology solutions.

    Manage the planning and executionof conventions, conferences, and trade shows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and providing post-event reports and analysis.


    Qualifications &Requirements:
    Degree in Marketing & Communications or 5-8 years of working experience in a Sr. Marketing role.
    Must have experience in a senior leadership role with responsibility for the development and execution of marketing strategy.
    Excellent communication, and decision-making skills
    Experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media marketing, account-based marketing, lead scoring strategy, and email campaign strategy.
    Knowledgeable and skilled at managing Salesforce, Pardot, and other marketing technology solutions.
    Must have a network of potential freelancers and agencies.
    Must have experience managing the marketing budget with consistent YoY growth in revenue and profit.

    Must understand key performance metrics and tracking tools for market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends, and translate results into actionable insights for the marketing team.

    Must have expert experience in corporate branding.

    Must be an expertin:
    B2B targeted digital marketing using the most modern tools, apps, web, AI (Artificial Intelligence), etc.
    Must have experience in creating and sharing a unique story that wins business.
    Must have experience creating highly effective outbound sales scripts, emails, and buyers' journeys.
    Proficiency with HTML, content management systems, and design software.
