    Service Desk Personnel at District Tech Support

    Are you a tech-savvy individual with a passion for helping others resolve their desktop computer issues? District Tech Support is seeking a Service Desk Personnel to join our team in Nashville.


    Description:
    • Perform desktop computer support tasks, focusing on problem resolution.
    • Install and troubleshoot desktop hardware and software.
    • Offer technical assistance to on-site and remote users.
    • Analyze and resolve user system problems.
    • Collaborate with analysts, programmers, and users in application development.
    • Test and document software and hardware installations.
    • Requirements: Minimum one year of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office automation tools.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Maintain a daily calendar of meetings and events.
    • Prepare presentations, agendas, and documents.
    • Manage software support and calls efficiently.
    • Provide desktop support for Windows, Mac OS, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
    • Offer customer support through ticket tracking, end user training, and product support.

    This position requires a positive attitude, exceptional customer service skills, and professionalism. On-site role with parking provided.
