- Manage and supervise administrative/accounting staff, including accounts payable specialists, accounts receivable specialists, and customer service representatives
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to streamline operations
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Handle budgeting and financial management for administrative functions
- Oversee office equipment and supplies procurement
- Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
- Monitor customer accounts and resolve any billing discrepancies
- Supervise customer service activities and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in a management role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
