HVAC Solutions - Pricing and Ecommerce Administrator

The HVAC Solutions Pricing and Ecommerce Administrator will work with the HVAC Solutions Team, Purchasing Team, and Ecommerce Team to ensure that all HVAC Solutions products are always up to date.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Update pricing and product information with TEC Purchasing team.
  • Manage minimum inventory levels for HVAC Solutions products.
  • Provide ecommerce required information for solutions products to TEC Ecommerce team
  • PIM data, related accessories, etc.
  • Collaborate with HVAC Solutions vendors to obtain required information and updates.
  • Work with HVAC Solutions product managers to update information for the entire organization.

Skills, Knowledge, & Abilities

  • Excellent computer skills
  • Proficient in Office 365 skills specifically Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Exceptional attention to detail and followthrough
  • Strong time management skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Selfsufficient and highly motivated

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree or higher
  • HVAC or general mechanical knowledge
  • Office 365 Expert

Pay:
From $65,000.00 per year
