Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Organize and update filing system, both electronic and physical
- Process financial transactions
Experience:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in Windows and Office programs (Excel, Word, One Drive)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Pay:
$ $17.00 per hour
