Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
  • Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience
  • Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Organize and update filing system, both electronic and physical
  • Process financial transactions
- cash, check and credit card payments for clients


Experience:


  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in Windows and Office programs (Excel, Word, One Drive)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
$ $17.00 per hour
