- A minimum of 4 years of demonstrated program/project management experience

- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- PMP certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
- Experience in working with or understanding of GIS/ geospatial data
- Experience in managing web application development projects
- Experience working on large State projects/programs
- Experience working with sectors such as Transportation, Telecomm/Broadband, Utilities, Environmental Resources
