* Gestion de projets stratégiques et programme de transformation
- Accompagner le sponsor de chaque produit dans le développement/extension de nouvelles offres de services
- Piloter les projets stratégiques (IT, organisation, offre multi-produits) depuis la définition des besoins jusqu'au déploiement, en identifiant le planning, les périmètres et les plans de mise en oeuvre du projet
- Coordonner les ressources internes et externes, en veillant à ce que les projets restent dans les limites de la portée, de la planification et des budgets, en collaboration avec toutes les parties prenantes concernées des différents départements.
- Suivre l'état du projet, les livrables et les alertes adressées au principal sponsor et à la direction du projet.
- Suivre et contrôler les finances du projet
- Organiser, animer les différents comités/Atelier
- Tenir à jour la documentation du projet en rassemblant, analysant et résumant les informations pertinentes
- Coordonner la conduite du changement

* Organisation :
- Participer à la sélection des solutions, outils, prestataires
- Conduire l'amélioration continue des processus, de l'organisation ou des outils existants

Compétences recherchées :
* Fortes compétences en gestion de projet (méthode, gestion du changement...)
* Expérience en analyse et optimisation de processus
* Bonne compréhension du secteur des fonds communs de placement (distribution de fonds, gestion d'actifs, services d'actifs...)
* Motivé et capable de travailler de manière transversale entre fonctions et équipes sur des sujets très divers et stratégiques (Organisation, IT, Produit) ;
* Fortes capacités conceptuelles, analytiques et de mise en oeuvre
* Compétences organisationnelles et en résolution de problèmes

Outils informatiques :
Bonne maîtrise d'Excel, PowerPoint et Word

Profil :

* Un Master en finance
* Expérience : de 2 à 15 ans dans le secteur des fonds
* Fortes compétences en gestion de projet (méthode, gestion du changement...)
* Expérience en analyse et optimisation de processus
* Bonne compréhension du secteur des fonds communs de placement (distribution de fonds, gestion d'actifs, services d'actifs...)
* Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (oral et écrit). Toute autre langue européenne sera considérée comme un atout.
* Bonne maîtrise d'Excel, PowerPoint et Word
